Delivery Times: Generally with 60 minutes. Delivery times depend on kitchens’ work load, your distance from restaurant(s), traffic conditions & our workload. Deliveries are dispatched on “first placed” basis. For timely deliveries please place your orders as early as possible. Larger Catering Orders may need more preparation times.
VIP Delivery Time Slots: We give special emphasis and attention in “specific” delivery times to the best of our capabilities if your requested delivery times are restricted due to a scheduled meeting or a presentation appointment. Therefore we suggest you inform your operator for your VIP Delivery Time Slot when placing your orders.
Minimum Food Order: $15 for Dinners & $20 for Lunches from local restaurants. These may vary according to your distance from the restaurant(s)
Service Charges: $3.99 from local restaurants. Additional restaurants $6.99 . These may vary according to your distance from the restaurant(s). Other charges may apply when needed. Your operator will inform you of your service charges or these can seen when placing orders online.

Driver’s Gratuities: Your driver’s gratuity is up to your discretion. Drivers work hard for your satisfaction and they appreciate your generosity. 15% gratuity is customary in this industry. Our drivers are Independent Contractors and your gratuities go directly to your driver. You may add your gratuity to your credit card or check, or instruct your operator to add it to your bill. 15% gratuity is added automatically to orders over $50.
Order Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled anytime before the cooking starts at restaurants. Regular sized orders are placed 60 minutes before delivery & larger orders are placed a day before or as needed. Orders placed a day before may not be cancelled after 9:00 am of delivery day. No cancellations may be made within 60 minutes of regular size orders. Larger orders need more cancellation time. In any case, no order can be cancelled once a restaurant starts preparing the food.
